At Topper Fine Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, we offer a 10-day return or exchange period for items in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry or timepiece in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original documentation and warranty cards.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned for insurance tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
