Every piece from Topper Fine Jewelers comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. We also provide a complimentary professional cleaning and inspection service once a year to ensure your jewelry remains in pristine condition.
How long does shipping take and is it insured?
We offer complimentary, fully insured overnight shipping on all domestic orders over $500. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and a signature is required upon delivery for your security.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange any unworn, non-customized item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale.
Do you offer professional appraisal services?
Yes, all jewelry purchases over $1,000 include a complimentary formal appraisal by our GIA-certified gemologists for insurance purposes. We can also provide appraisals for your personal heirloom pieces for a nominal fee.
Can I customize a ring or order a bespoke design?
Absolutely. Our master jewelers specialize in custom design. You can work directly with our team to select ethically sourced diamonds or gemstones and create a one-of-a-kind setting that reflects your personal style.
